1. General

Q1: What subjects and courses do you offer?
We teach Qur’an recitation (Tajweed), Hifz (memorisation), Arabic language (reading, writing, comprehension) and GCSE Biology Chemistry and Physics. Sessions are tailored for children, teens and adults.

Q2: Where are lessons held?
Lessons run live online via MS Teams, and we host onsite (Location TBA). You choose whichever mode works best for you.

2. Tutors & Quality

Q3: Who teaches our classes?
All Quran study tutors are graduates in Hifzul-Quran or Aalimiyah programmes from recognised Darul Uloom. They are often teachers in Darul Uloom setting and or have a wealth for subject matter expertise, especially in the sciences.

Q4: How do you ensure teaching quality?
We conduct peer-reviews and collect session feedback from parents and students. High-performing tutors earn “Premium” status.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Q5: How do I book a free scoping session?
Send us an inquiry from our landing page or submit an enrolment form (see bottom of every page), We will then call you to book a free scoping session to discuss your learning needs and interest.

Q6: Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Free cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 12 hours before the session. After that, a 50% fee applies. Manage bookings via our email: office@deenduniatuition.com

Q8: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment is taken at time of booking.

5. Technology & Platform

Q9: What equipment do I need for online lessons?
A computer, tablet or smartphone with a webcam, microphone, stable internet connection and MS Teams installed.

Q10: Do you provide recordings and materials?
No. Every online session is personalised to your needs. You also get downloadable learning logs and a reading resource list.

6. Progress Tracking & Resources

Q11: How do I track my child’s progress?
We complete a daily learner tutorial session log that tracks the learning, practice and progression. This is kept with the student so that learning activities are visible to all.

Q12: Are there opportunities for parents to comment on the learning?
Yes. This is catered for by way of a comments section for tutors, students and parents/guardians on the daily learning session log.

7. Group & Family Plans

Q13: How many students in a group class?
We cap group tuition at 4 students to ensure individual attention.

Q14: Do you offer family discounts?
No. We have made our rates affordable.

8. Safety & Policies

Q15: Are online lessons safe?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted video platforms. Tutors and students join by invitation only, and all tutors are DBS-checked.

Q16: What is your privacy policy?
We comply with UK GDPR.
